This week I’ll be braving airports to get home to be with my friends and family for the holidays. I feel fortunate that I’ll be spending time with my loved ones. Whether it’s sharing a nice meal, opening a thoughtful gift or just spending time catching up, it’s this type of quality time that makes the holidays a season to cherish. Looking back on our Walmart Gives Back holiday giving campaign, it’s my hope that Walmart and the Walmart Foundation have provided opportunities for families to create lasting memories that they’ll cherish as well—whether through donations we’ve made to nonprofit organizations or through the low prices in our stores that help people to save money. On behalf of Walmart and the Walmart Foundation, I’d like to say thank you for shopping in our stores and wish you a happy holiday.
